The bisque is made from carefully selected porcelain clay, ensuring even thickness and high hardness. Its surface is coated with transparent glaze, rendering it delicate, smooth, and conducive to coloring and painting.

Exquisite bone china bisque plates are crafted using bone char, clay, feldspar, and quartz as basic materials. They undergo two firings, first at high temperatures for biscuit firing and then at a lower temperature for glaze firing, resulting in a type of porcelain suitable for overglaze painting or direct use.
