Transparent Glaze
Glaze is a thin glassy layer adhering to the surface of ceramic greenware. Typically, it is formulated using materials such as feldspar, quartz, and kaolin, combined with specific proportions of chemical additives. After grinding and mixing with water, it is applied to the surface of the greenware and fired at high temperatures to achieve the final glazed finish.
Mid-range transparent glaze is in liquid form and has been pre-prepared. Simply stir well before use. Depending on your needs, various glazing methods can be employed. Please seal promptly after use.
The general ratio of glaze powder to water is 1:1.5. Over time, the glaze material may settle, so it is necessary to shake or stir it continuously before and during use.
