Battery Testing System for Cylindrical and Pouch Cells
Introduction:
The BT-2018C Testing System for Cylindrical and Pouch Cells is designed for battery production enterprises and research institutes’ pilot production lines. The front panel’s four-wire needle fixture can meet the testing needs of over 80% of original batteries (cells). The lower end of the front panel is equipped with an aviation plug interface for convenient testing of polymer soft-pack batteries.
Testing Parameters: Charge-discharge curves, charge-discharge efficiency, battery capacity, specific capacity, cycle life, capacity decay curves, DCIR internal resistance, leakage current of supercapacitors, and other parameters.
Voltage Range: Charging Voltage: 0V to 5V; Discharge Voltage: 2V or 0V (optional)
Current Range: Maximum current range options: 1A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 10A; Four automatic switching gears based on the maximum current range achieved through hardware.
