The high-temperature vertical rapid pyrolysis furnace is manufactured using internationally advanced technology and designed with aesthetics and user safety in mind. It features an intelligent touch screen control interface for easy and barrier-free operation.
The control mathematical model uses advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, maintaining temperature control accuracy within ±1°C. After extensive long-term testing with various samples, it has been verified to be suitable for the calcination of almost all types of materials. The standardization of the production process ensures the consistency of your sample product quality, making it an excellent assistant for both experimentation and production.
Features and Benefits:
- Equipped with separate feed and discharge bins, the feed bin can independently replace gas, allowing for continuous feeding. The discharge collection bin can be fitted with different mesh filters based on the material size, currently equipped with a 100-mesh filter. The filter is designed with a detachable structure, greatly facilitating user cleaning and replacement.
- The equipment top is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant hard-seal ball valve, allowing material feeding at high temperatures. After a brief sintering process in the high-temperature zone, the material is collected in the lower collection bin.
- This equipment is suitable for ash treatment of powders, coal combustion, and modification of magnetic materials. Its compact size and small footprint make it particularly suitable for laboratory use.
