Introduction:
Automatic In-and-Out Anti-Deposition Pyrolysis Furnace(automatic in-and-out vacuum gasification sintering furnace) with a maximum temperature of 1200°C and a stainless steel furnace tube. It is equipped with two types of stainless steel augers, with pitches of 40mm and 60mm, enabling different feed rates and effectively enhancing the uniformity of material heating temperature and reaction.
Applications:
This Automatic In-and-Out Anti-Deposition Pyrolysis Furnace is primarily used for the thermal treatment of organic solid waste and continuous sintering experiments under vacuum or atmospheric conditions.
Highlight:
1.A stainless steel vacuum feeding tank with a capacity of 4 liters is installed, and on the right side of the equipment, there is a stainless steel water-cooled discharge tank with a volume of 4 liters.
2.The feeding tank is equipped with a vibration motor to control the stability and uniformity of the feed.
3.On the left side, the auger inside the furnace tube is rotated by a chain wheel to achieve stable material in and out, with an adjustable rotation speed.
4.The equipment has three temperature control units, and the temperature zone length is 600 millimeters.
5.Through a quick installation design, the furnace tube and auger maintenance and replacement are very convenient.
