Small-Range Pressure Reducing Valve for Tube Furnaces
Introduction
Dual-Stage Small-Flow Cylinder Pressure Reducing Valve (Right-Hand Thread)
For Inert Gases
Inlet Pressure: 25 MPa
Outlet Pressure Gauge: 0.16 MPa
Inlet Connection: G5/8 for large gas cylinders
Outlet Connection: 1/4″ double ferrule
Instructions for Use
- Preparation Before First Use: Turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise completely to release tension.
- Installation: Attach the pressure reducing valve to the cylinder valve. Use a wrench to securely tighten the input and output connections.
- Open Cylinder Valve: Slowly open the cylinder valve until the high-pressure gauge shows the internal cylinder pressure.
- Pressure Adjustment: Turn the adjustment knob clockwise to engage the valve and gradually adjust it until the low-pressure gauge reaches the desired working pressure. (Note: Ensure the pressure does not exceed the green range on the gauge.)
- Shut Down Procedure: 1). Close the cylinder valve first. 2). Open the valve on the connected equipment or pipeline to release the remaining gas from the pressure reducing valve. 3). Close the equipment valve and turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise to release pressure and shut down the valve.
