High-Temperature Corundum Mullite Crucible
Introduction:
Sapphire mullite crucible belongs to the field of refractory materials technology. It is sequentially processed through batching, forming, and firing. It is made from ingredients such as electrically fused mullite, plate-like sapphire, alumina powder, silicon powder, calcium aluminate cement, and sodium hexametaphosphate, using the self-flow casting method for molding, and then obtained after demoulding and drying followed by high-temperature firing.

- Sapphire mullite crucibles can withstand extremely high temperatures and are typically stable for use at temperatures above 1500°C.
- They exhibit excellent chemical stability and are not easily corroded or eroded by chemical substances.

- They have good thermal conductivity, enabling uniform heating and cooling of samples, thereby improving the effectiveness of heat treatment.
