Manual Microtome
Introduction:
The manual microtome is designed for laboratory sample preparation, equipped with different specifications of molds for processes such as punching and cutting on thin sheet materials. The machine features a compact design, flexible and convenient usage, making it highly suitable for cutting materials with a thickness ranging from 0.01 to 0.5mm, including most battery materials and separator papers.
Operating Steps:
1. Insert the upper punch into the slicer.
2. Securely tighten the front screws to fix the upper punch.
3. Place the corresponding lower die into the machine.
4. Align the punch, then securely tighten the screws fixing the lower die.
5. Insert the sample into the slicer for cutting.
6. Retrieve the cut sample.
