Detachable Hot Press Furnace
Introduction:
This hot press furnace adopts a detachable design, and the pressurization and heating modules can be placed inside a glove box for operation. The thermocouple is front-mounted, facilitating operations within the glove box. When setting temperature and pressure, input the inner diameter of the pressure mold, allowing real-time and precise observation of the material’s temperature and pressure data.
It uses resistance heating, and the hydraulic oil pump is controlled by a frequency converter for more precise pressure control.
This intelligent hot press furnace is mainly composed of three parts: sintering system, electrical control system, and hydraulic system. The furnace lining uses high-purity alumina lightweight fiber materials, and the control system adopts an advanced PLC + touchscreen control system for simpler and more convenient operation. The control mathematical model utilizes advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control, maintaining temperature control accuracy within ±1℃.
Features and Benefits:
- Pressure output is controlled by PID, with automatic pressure compensation.
- Utilizes advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control for high temperature control accuracy, maintaining it within ±1℃.
- Frequency converter control for more precise pressure control.
- The furnace lining uses high-purity alumina lightweight fiber material, providing better insulation and energy efficiency.
- Data storage function, capable of saving important sintering parameters for up to 30 days (with the furnace running 8 hours per day).
- Formula function, can store more than 100 pre-set formulas.
- Multiple safety features to ensure a safer user experience.
- Networking function, through RJ45 interface, using TCP/IP protocol, enabling system connection with an upper computer (requires installation of corresponding software on the upper computer).
