Laboratory 250/500/1000/2000/3000/5000ml Glass Vacuum Filtration Apparatus Kit
Applications
This Glass Vacuum Filtration Apparatus is suitable for chemical analysis, health inspection, environmental monitoring, biological products, the pharmaceutical industry, and scientific research for filtering out particles and bacteria. It is commonly used in applications such as oilfield water injection, suspended solids concentration analysis, membrane filtration coefficients, particle diameter analysis, sterility tests, and bacteria culture filtration. It can also be used for sterile filtration of heat-sensitive drugs, as well as for the analysis and determination of aviation kerosene, hydraulic oil, high-purity reagents, water quality, and more.
Structure
The apparatus consists of five main components: a dustproof cover, a cylindrical graduated filter cup, a sintered glass filter head, a special clamp, and a ground-glass Erlenmeyer flask. It is suitable for filter membranes with diameters of 47mm or 50mm.
Key Features
- Made of high-quality borosilicate glass, which can withstand high temperatures and high-pressure sterilization. It has high transparency and is thickened for corrosion resistance.
- The flanged openings are precision-ground for excellent sealing performance.
- The standard ground-glass connections allow for easy interchangeability and operation

Precautions
- Not suitable for use with hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid, or hot or cold concentrated alkaline solutions, as they may cause corrosion of the silicate material or damage the sintered glass filter head.
- When in use, both the upper and lower flanges must be placed securely before the special clamp can be fastened, to avoid damage or leakage.
- Filter paper should be purchased by the user according to specific needs or can be sourced through us.
