Operating Procedure:
1. Place the pole piece on the vacuum plate,
start the power supply, turn on the vacuum, and the pole piece is adsorbed on the vacuum plate;
2. Put the applicator on the pole piece and placing the coating slurry;
3. Open the coating film, the film coating device automatically pushes the film applicator to move, and automatically coats the film;
4. Take out the applicator and the push rod, close the heating cover, set the heating temperature and time to heat and dry.
5. After the drying is completed, open the cover, take out the coated pole piece, reset the coating device.
Maintenance Methods and Precautions:
1.Carefully wipe the film head with a soft cloth and alcohol before workeach time, keep the body clean.
2.Do not touchthe high-precision parts such as the coating head and the differentiator, and handle it gently. When the differentiator is adjusted, it should be symmetrical and evenly adjusted.
3.Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners of each part to check to prevent loosening and prevent product quality accidents.
