Lab 30L Vacuum Filter with #304 Stainless Steel Buchner Funnel
Introduction
The Vacuum Filter series features a high-quality 304 stainless steel funnel, paired with interchangeable filter materials (such as filter cloth, filter nets, and filter membranes) of varying pore sizes. The material to be filtered is uniformly distributed over the filter layer. The system operates by connecting a glass suction filter bottle to a vacuum pump, creating negative pressure in the lower glass bottle. This negative pressure draws the material through the filter layer, efficiently separating solids from liquids. The filtered material is collected in the suction bottle, with the filtration level depending on the specific filter cloth or membrane used.
The suction filter bottles are designed as spherical glass containers, available in common sizes of 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, and 100L. Custom sizes can also be provided to meet specific customer requirements.
