Introduction
This specialized Corrosion-Resistant Rotary Furnace is designed for sintering applications in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, construction materials, metals, non-metals, and other compound materials. It is widely used in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises. The furnace features PLC control and touchscreen operation, ensuring simple and convenient use.
The furnace tube is made of austenitic stainless steel (316L), enhanced with molybdenum (Mo) for superior corrosion resistance. This stainless steel provides excellent resistance to pitting and high-temperature performance, operating effectively at temperatures up to 1200–1300°C.
