High Purity Alumina Kiln Furniture for Muffle Furnace
Product Details:
ZYLAB high purity alumina kiln furniture is made from alumina with a purity greater than 99%, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1750°C, and is used to support, hold, or contain materials during high-temperature processes.
The complete set of kiln furniture typically consists of trays and columns, designed reasonably based on factors such as the size of the muffle furnace chamber and the quantity of samples to be processed.
The alumina trays are double-side ground for high flatness and excellent chemical resistance. They are commonly used in processes such as sintering, firing, and annealing in ceramics, metallurgy, glass production, and materials science.
Alumina trays are available for purchase separately.
