Application Areas:This battery testing system is widely used in universities, research institutes for the testing and research of button cells, small-capacity cells, simulated cells, battery materials, supercapacitors, and other electrochemical aspects.
Testing Parameters: Charge-discharge curves, charge-discharge efficiency, battery capacity, specific capacity, cycle life, capacity decay curves, DCIR internal resistance, leakage current of supercapacitors, and other parameters.
Voltage Range: Charging Voltage: 0V-5V; Discharging Voltage: -5V
Current Range: Four automatic switching ranges:
- Range One: 1uA-0.1mA (±0.02% of FS)
- Range Two: 0.1mA-1mA (±0.02% of FS)
- Range Three: 1mA-10mA (±0.02% of FS)
- Range Four: 10mA-100mA (±0.02% of FS)
Features of Battery Testing System:
- Thickness is only 7cm, each cabinet can accommodate 20 units of equipment (160 channels), and each unit has a customized LCD display screen showing equipment box number, range, channel number, and communication status.
- AD/DA upgraded to 24-bit/16-bit, achieving an accuracy of one part in five thousand, with a sampling speed increased from the original 3 seconds/point to 10 points/second.
- 3-inch custom LCD display screen mainly shows equipment information (box number, voltage range, current range, communication status, channel number, etc.), adjustable brightness, and synchronized display content with the equipment’s main control board.
