Isostatic Tablet Press

Introduction:

The Isostatic Tablet Press is utilized to apply pressure evenly to the sample within the isostatic pressure chamber, ensuring uniform compactness of the sample. It is commonly employed for secondary pressing of pre-formed samples to enhance overall density uniformity. Additionally, it can be used for powder compaction, requiring the use of rubber molds.

Main Features:

The sample made of isostatic pressure has high density and uniformity, small sintering shrinkage and is not easy to deform.
It can form slender rod or tubular blank which is difficult to be prepared by conventional molding process.
The products have high strength and good processability, which can greatly reduce the internal stress.
The mold is easy to make, with long service life and relatively low cost.
Capable of forming large-scale blank, each cylinder can press multiple blank.
Suitable for laboratory use, small instrument
The instrument can remove the isostatic pressure chamber and replace the cold pressing die, which has the characteristics of one machine for dual use.
