At Zylab, we value every order and do not have a minimum order requirement. However, please note that occasionally, our manufacturing site or suppliers may impose a minimum order quantity. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as we are notified.

Most of our standard equipment and parts are readily available in stock. After testing and packing, we can ship your order within 3 to 7 days.

If no shipping method is specified, we will choose the most efficient and expedient means of shipment. Charges for freight and insurance, based on the carriers used by Zylab, will be added to your invoice. These charges are determined by factors such as product weight, packaging weight, overall package dimensions, and any special shipping requirements (e.g., HAZMAT materials).

Our packing methods prioritize the safety of the machine while considering freight costs. We will provide you with the most suitable and secure packing solution to ensure your product arrives safely.

We offer a 2-year warranty on most of our products, excluding glass components. During the warranty period, we provide after-sales service for any issues that arise. If any spare parts break (not due to misuse or vandalism), we will replace them free of charge.
