Excellent customer service. Excellent quality furnace.
Eva was a joy to work with and great at answering all my questions. The item was packaged extremely well and it was shipped directly to my door. It came in lots of padding inside a wooden crate. Once the screws were undone, assembly was a cinch. Just simply follow the handbook that is provided. Everything was vacuum sealed too. It was very easy to open and access everything.
My first test with the kiln was a simple 300C for two hours. It heated up to around 340C and I was immediately worried that maybe something was wrong but within a few short minutes it cooled back down to 300C and stayed within 1C of the set value.
I am extremely excited to have 15 preset curved and 51 programmable segments. That plus vacuum or oxygen annealing will be great additions for my research potential.
I am extremely happy with the furnace.
